FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What do I need to bring with me?
All units are self-contained, linen is provided for bookings made from 1st February 2020 ( ie sheets, pillowcases, beach and bath towels, bath mats, tea towels). If you made your booking prior to this date linen can be hired at a cost please advise at the time of booking how many people your reservation is for and we can provide you with a quote. Some properties do have linen included in the tariff these are noted on the website and our terms and conditions.
Where do I collect my keys from?
Key pick up is from our office, PRDnationwide, 16 The Esplanade, Burleigh Heads.
If arriving outside of office hours (8:30-5:00pm Monday-Friday and Saturdays 9:00-3:00pm) please advise us and we will provide you with our after-hours key collection procedure.
What is required of me upon check in?
Credit card details are required prior to arrival for security purposes and a pre-authorised bond of $200 will be held on your credit card (Visa or Mastercard only). The credit card must be presented at the time of check in.
CHECK IN: 2:00pm
CHECK OUT: 9:00am on the day of departure.
(If departing out of office hours, please place keys in office key safe)
Please ensure the property is left in a clean and tidy manner with all your items remove and rubbish taken to the bins.
Any extra charges incurred by cleaners will be automatically taken out of your security bond.
As the tenant you are responsible for all damages & breakages during your occupancy, these are to be reported or replaced and paid for prior to vacating or costs will be deducted from your security bond.
A $225 deposit is payable to secure a booking and is payable within 7 days of making a reservation.
PAYMENT OF ACCOMMODATION: is to be made in full 30 days prior to the commencement of your booking with the exception of December/January bookings when the balance is due no later than 1st November in that booking year.
Please note for bookings made within 30 days of the check in/arrival date FULL payment is required upon booking.
If payment is not made by the required dates your reservation will be cancelled.
CANCELLATION – In the event of a cancellation ALL bookings incur a $50 administration fee. For cancellations within 3 months of check in date ALL bookings will incur full loss of the $200 deposit. For cancellations within 2 weeks of check in date FULL ACCOMMODATION PAYMENT applies. For cancellations of any Christmas/New Year Bookings made after 1st November FULL ACCOMMODATION PAYMENT applies.
